Pitched green roofs &#8211; such as our PITCHED ROOF 5-15\u00b0 &#8211; are therefore usually designed as thin-layer extensive green roofs.<\/p>\n<p>For roof pitches up to a maximum of 15\u00b0, single-layer extensive greening without surface shear protection is possible on the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.optigruen.com\/products\/protection-and-storage-fleeces\/ssv-800\">SSV 800 structural and storage fleece<\/a>. With flow lengths of more than 6 m and with smooth synthetic waterproofing, there is a risk that the green roof structure may slip, for example during heavy rainfall events, on roof pitches of 10\u00b0 or more.
