Our proposal for the surrounding ground floor space was to highlight it with a path flow, which would connect two outdoor living ”rooms”. With this design, we wanted to achieve a perspective and interesting flow, as we walk along the path. The choice of plant material was made based on the climatic conditions of the area and the planting palette with plants that have textures and colors in shades of purple, gray and green, with red touches.
On the planted roof, we chose to create small clusters of plant material, low and creeping growth, in its corners, as there was not enough depth (0.12 cm). The remaining space was covered with a type of turf, which cannot be mowed, for utility and maintenance reasons.
