Residential Garden Construction – Drafi
Drafi | Completion: 2024
Around the swimming pool, synthetic turf was selected to ensure cleanliness, longevity and minimal maintenance requirements, given the high wind exposure and intensive use of the area.
At the entrance of the residence, natural lawn was installed, complemented by a natural pathway with grey gravel leading towards the rear part of the garden, creating a smooth and visually coherent transition throughout the outdoor space.
Due to the elevation difference between the upper and lower sections of the plot, a distinctive stepped pathway was constructed, combining reclaimed railway sleepers with decorative gravel. This solution functions both as a staircase and circulation path, allowing easy, safe and effortless access, while serving as a strong architectural feature within the garden.
Plant selection focused on species resistant to harsh Mediterranean conditions, capable of withstanding strong winds and environmental stress, ensuring long-term stability and visual consistency.
Garden irrigation is supported by an automatic irrigation system by Rain Bird, featuring remote control capabilities for flexible management and optimized water use.
