The seating area was constructed using a permeable flooring system with EcoGrid N30 plastic paving, allowing effective stormwater drainage and seamless integration between the hardscape and the planted roof areas. All circulation paths were also formed with permeable plastic paving, ensuring a cohesive and functional layout.
Low-growing planting was selected, with variable planting depths ranging from approximately 30 to 40 cm, creating a calm and balanced garden environment on the roof.

This configuration ensures efficient drainage, waterproofing protection and reliable long-term performance of the green roof system.
An automatic irrigation system with Wi-Fi remote control was installed.
All irrigation lines are subsurface, allowing uniform watering with reduced water losses and no visible pipework.
