A planted roof was developed on the front building, designed to operate as a shared garden space for the residents, offering greenery and a communal outdoor area within a dense urban environment.
The design includes perimeter planting to create a garden-like atmosphere, combined with a permeable flooring system using plastic paving blocks with gravel infill, ensuring the space remains fully accessible, walkable and suitable for everyday use and social gatherings.
The planting depth reaches approximately 30 cm, supporting healthy vegetation growth and long-term green roof performance.
