The restaurant operates entirely on top of a green roof system, with the outdoor space designed as a planted environment that enhances the guest experience through greenery, comfort and architectural coherence.

Green Roof System

A floating heavy-duty root barrier membrane was installed across the entire area, while the complete OptiGreen green roof system was applied throughout the project.

All surface constructions — including seating areas, decking and pergolas — have been installed above the green roof build-up, ensuring:

• effective stormwater drainage
• long-term waterproofing protection
• uniform system performance across the entire space

The green roof serves as the structural and functional base of the outdoor environment.
